Caravan Service Advisor & Warranty Clerk

Tell you what! We love Caravans, Camping, and BBQing and we're on the hunt for a keen, dynamic and experienced Caravan Service Advisor.

At Wagga Caravans, we offer a comprehensive range of caravans across Lotus, Retreat, Goldstream and Cub Campers, whilst stocking Weber Barbecues and Adventure Kings Camping and 4WD accessories. Our fantastic community reputation is the point of difference of Wagga Caravans, as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Therefore, the successful applicant will need to be passionate about providing excellent quality of work and is willing to learn and become an expert in customer service.

This position would ideally suit someone who:

• Has a background & previous experience in sales in the caravan/RV, automotive, heavy vehicle, marine, or a similar Industry.
• Has experience as a Service Advisor in a similar field.
• IT/DMS technology experience (Titan DMS preferred)
• Owns or has some experience with caravans, RVs, or motorhomes
  .

Must haves:

• Strong focus on customer service
• Accurate and detailed information gathering at customer point of contact face to face or electronically.
• Able to translate mechanical/technical faults from the customer to a service technician.
• Able to schedule service repairs to meet customer deadlines.
• Repair quoting to meet a profitable outcome.
• Saturday availability.
• Ability to upsell service and parts products.
• Ability to work within a structured team environment
• A passion for the outdoors, caravans and camping.
• A commitment to self-improvement, learning, & personal growth 
• Has a current NSW drivers licence.
